Where can you park your car when you’re in Angers?
With underground and surface car parks, Angers has 4,000 secure parking spaces available for you.
Those who like to take the tram should try the Park & Ride car parks. Park your car at the Park & Ride station, then let the tram take you into the heart of the town. The city centre has never been so easy to reach!

Free parking in Angers
The first hour of parking is free in nine car parks in the city centre (Bressigny, Haras, Larrey, Leclerc, Mail, Mitterrand, Molière, Ralliement and Fleur d’Eau – Les Halles).
La Rochefoucauld car park is Angers’ largest free car park, with nearly 1,200 spaces. Please note, however, that it is closed during the Angers fair in April and certain other events, such as Accroche-cœurs.
Where to park your coach in Angers?
There are two drop-off areas for coaches on Rue Marceau, a few minutes from Angers Castle (next to number 8).
You can park in the coach car of Rochefoucauld or the Couffon parking (call the Tourist Office to obtain the code of the day for free access), or even park temporarily in the Academy parking.
If you’re traveling by motorhome, van or campervan, you’ll find a number of convenient parking solutions in Angers.
