20th Rencontres Nationales des SCoT 2026 - Centre de Congrès Jean Monnier Angers
Against a backdrop of accelerating change, our territories are undergoing major transformations. SCoTs, or Schémas de Cohérence Territoriale, are the compass points for regional planning in France, and are now at the heart of the decisions that shape our living spaces, structure mobility, organize production and protect resources. SCoTs plan the development of our territories over the next 20 years.
The Rencontres nationales des SCoT (RNS), co-organized each year by the Fédération nationale des SCoT and the host region, bring together those who think, build and steer this transformation: elected representatives, technicians, urban planners, economic players, transition experts, partners...
The renewal of elected teams at the head of communes, intercommunalités and syndicats mixtes will open up a new political sequence for the territories. These changes of executive will mark the arrival of new priorities, new visions and, often, new structuring projects for development. The 20th RNS will therefore be a key event for all regional players, providing an opportunity to meet, exchange views and debate.
