Accompanied by a tour guide, you'll discover the history of Saint-Nicolas Abbey, founded in the 11th century by Foulques Nerra, and the last unsuspected hectare of vineyards in Angers. An animator from the Vigne en ville association will introduce you to the organic Chenin du Clos Saint-Nicolas vineyard, the work it carries out throughout the seasons and the secrets behind its production in Angers. Finally, in the intimate setting of the winery, you'll be invited to taste the two cuvées "Résonnance" and "Cœurs Pétillants".
