Dazuma

Among the long list of great eateries in Rue Beaurepaire (Doutre distict), Dazuma quickly made a name for itself after opening in 2017. Dazuma is Chinese for “grandmothers' recipes” and those served here are all types of Chinese fondue. First you choose a broth, either spicy or not, and then meat or vegetables which you cook by plunging them into the broth using a small strainer. With fish, meat, vegetables, fresh noodles, lotus flowers and more, there's no end of choice. To finish, you add sauces prepared by the chef, like sesame or peanut for example. This is a really fun and laid-back meal concept where you can share ingredients and taste each other's broth. Book early to guarantee a table!
