Installations | Collectif TRACE-ECART
Laure Grimonprez - Marie-Laure Abboubi - Jutta Irion
Brought together by three Bordeaux painters and visual artists in the TRACE-ECART collective, this exhibition explores man's relationship with the natural world and the cycles of life.
They attempt to pay homage to all the sounds, tremors and pulsations of life that often go unnoticed in the everyday life of "modern" man.
Whether it's the buzzing of bees and other small creatures, the rubbing of a bird's wings as it takes flight, the promise and palpitation of life in nests, hives, cocoons, eggshells and other habitats...
Whether it's the pulsation of water irrigating and flowing through plants, flowers and leaves, or the quivering of bamboo cradled by
by the wind...
All these a priori "silent" or inaudible sounds in the din of the (post-) industrial world of the 21st century, the exhibition invites us to listen to them...to see them...and to hear them!
Opening FRIDAY FEBRUARY 13 | 18H30
