The blond wooden frontage invites you to visit this cosy restaurant, with its inviting micro-room and small terrace. Located in the heart of town, on Boulevard Foch, the place was taken over in 2021 by Margot Nicolas and Louisa Bellanger, two chefs from Angers, who have already worked in kitchens in France and abroad. They serve traditional cuisine spiced up with their own sauce, with comforting dishes in winter and colourful, fresh dishes in fine weather. It’s both delicious and modern! In season, you can eat leeks with vinaigrette, veal blanquette, confit seared veal breast with a thyme vegetable casserole, before finishing with an orange savarin, whipped cream and verbena or caramel pastry, hazelnut and tonka ice cream… Not forgetting their classic, regularly on the menu: falafels! Everything is seasonal, organic when possible and the wines are natural. Vegetarians will also find what they’re looking for here!
