Inspired by the Château d'Angers, our accommodation features unique elements such as a tower, exposed stonework and a unique roof. Inside, the gîte offers a harmonious blend of modern materials with old beams and stones, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The gîte includes:

Bedroom: A comfortable room with a queen-size bed, a TV with Netflix directly opposite the bed, and the option of closing the room with blinds and a thick curtain to separate it from the living space and guarantee your privacy.

Living space: An open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and all the essentials you need, perfect for preparing your own meals. The living room has a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed and an enclosed wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) for cosy evenings.

Veranda: A glazed veranda offering superb views of the serene pond and verdant garden - an ideal place for your morning coffee or to relax at the end of the day.

Facilities: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart heating system to set your ideal temperature, and a range of amenities including barbecue utensils, bicycles, and much more (see our full equipment list).

Step outside to explore our vast 5,000-square-meter garden. Stroll through the flower beds, stroll around the pond or feed the fish - we'll provide the food! If you like fishing, we allow no-kill fishing in the pond if you bring your own tackle.

We're ideally situated close to the famous Loire à Vélo, a unique 900 km cycling route which is also part of EuroVelo 6 (from the Atlantic to the Black Sea). We welcome cyclists by offering:

Bicycle storage: Secure storage for your bicycles.

Electric bike recharging: Free recharging stations for electric bikes.

Maintenance workshop: Basic bicycle repair tools and cleaning station available if required.

Just a few steps away is the charming village of Corné, a village with its own shops including a bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's, hairdresser and small supermarket for your convenience.

Additional services :

Breakfast: Although breakfast is not included in the standard rate to keep prices affordable, we offer a delicious French breakfast on request for €10 per person. Enjoy fresh baguettes, butter, croissants, pains au chocolat and freshly squeezed orange juice from the local bakery. We'll deliver it discreetly to your veranda to ensure a peaceful morning.
