Ideal for rest and relaxation, this self-catered accommodation is located just a stone's throw from the river and a natural marsh registered in the Natura 2000 network, a haven for biodiversity. This area invites you to discover the local fauna and flora, and makes for an excellent starting point for walks or bike rides.
The towpath also offers marked hiking trails along which you can admire the banks of the Mayenne and make out the locks of Sautré and Montreuil.
For cycling enthusiasts, the Vélo Francette cycle route passes by the foot of our cottage.

The cottage can accommodate up to five people.
It is entered through a living room/kitchen of 40 m².
A Dutch door opens onto a large wooded and flowery garden, located at the foot of the Parc de la Guyonnière.
The ground floor features toilets and a large garage, equipped with washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find two beautiful bedrooms and the bathroom.
The first bedroom offers a large, super king-size bed.
The second bedroom includes three single beds. This room may also be arranged with a super king-size bed and a single bed, upon request.
Bed linen and towels not provided (available on request and at extra cost).
