The self-catering cottage is located next to the Château de La Querrie.
It benefits from a quiet country setting with swimming pool and 3 hectares of grounds. Tastefully furnished and decorated, it will delight lovers of old stones and history.
The gîte comprises a double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) and shower room on the first floor, a bedroom (beds 140 x 200) and shower room on the ground floor, and 2 small single beds (70X180 cm, these are small antique beds) on the mezzanine.
The swimming pool (5m x 10m), heated from May to the end of September, faces the gîte. The gîte has a WIFI connection (fiber-optic site), a TV with Internet connection and 2 charging points for electric vehicles. Fully equipped for 6 people (washing machine, fridge/freezer, bed linen and towels...), the gîte is simple, charming and comfortable.
