Larousselle Hors Champ gourmet restaurant

The restaurant is a chefs' residence dedicated to culinary creation and innovation. Located in Savennières, in the heart of the vineyards, the residence gives pride of place to creative gastronomic cuisine.

Chefs spend between 1 and 3 months here to perfect their creations, sign new dishes and prepare for a future installation. They have often worked with Michelin-starred chefs and aspire to create their own cuisine. They are welcomed as artists in residence, and given time in an inspiring natural setting.

Cooking with organic, locally-sourced produce. The kitchen is open to the dining room, so that guests can also enjoy the artists' hands-on cooking.
