On a business or personal trip to Angers and the surrounding area? Come and stay in our fully-equipped, warm and bright accommodation. Air-conditioned in summer for added comfort. Enjoy a quiet wooded setting close to the city center. A parking space is reserved for you in our private cul-de-sac. Located on the first floor of the wooden extension of our residence, access is via a staircase and footbridge.
The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay.

DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION
- Living room : Club sofa - convertible into extra bed on request (* conditions of use),
and armchair, coffee table, large flat-screen TV and sound bar (volume to be adjusted to respect the peace and quiet of each guest).
- Fully-equipped kitchen: 2-burner induction hob, multi-function oven (microwave, convection and grill), fridge with freezer compartment, sink, kettle, plunger coffee maker for coffee lovers and Tassimo machine for those in a hurry. One hot drink (coffee, tea or chocolate) is provided for each night booked. Crockery and cutlery are of course provided, as well as sugar, oil, pepper and salt.
- For preparing and eating meals: a bar table with two stools
- A desk with a chair + RJ 45 socket, Fiber Internet connection. WI-FI also available.
- A bedroom closed by a curtain: double bed 140*190 cm and storage space with closet. Bed made up on arrival.
- A bathroom with vanity unit, storage space, shower cubicle and WC. Towels are provided, as well as hand washing cream, shampoo-shower gel and hairdryer.

Use only on request. Unfolding and preparation of the bed by myself.
Please note that once the sofa bed has been unfolded, it will remain open during your stay as additional bedding has been added for your comfort.
A supplement of 5€/night will be charged for the use of the second bed if booked for two travelers.

HOUSEHOLD
The accommodation is checked and prepared by me between each stay. I ask travelers to keep the accommodation clean: squeegee in the shower, sponge blows, kitchen and dishes cleaned.

HOURS
The rental hours indicated in the ad have been set to suit my professional schedule. They allow me to have the time necessary to offer you the best possible welcome: quality cleaning and management of unforeseen events.
This time slot can be extended on request and with my agreement (if my schedule can be modified) for a supplement of 5€ per hour started.

VEHICLE RECHARGING
Possibility of recharging your electric vehicle on site (site availability and conditions on request).
