On business or pleasure in Angers and the surrounding area? Come and stay in our warm, modern, fully-equipped loft.
Located on the first floor of a new extension at the end of a private cul-de-sac, enjoy a quiet wooded setting, yet close to Angers city center. A reserved parking space is available.
Equipped with reversible air conditioning, the apartment offers optimum comfort all year round.
The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- Living room: Sofa, two armchairs and coffee table. 65-inch flat-screen TV with sound bar, Netflix access included.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: 3-burner induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, two-door fridge with freezer, sink, kettle, toaster and Tassimo multi-drink coffee machine. One free hot drink (coffee, tea or chocolate) per night booked. Crockery and cutlery are of course provided, as well as sugar, oil, pepper and salt.
- To prepare and enjoy meals: a bar + a worktop-height table with four height-adjustable stools.
- Desk with chair + RJ 45 socket, Fibre Internet connection. WI-FI also available.
- Sleeping area: Queen-size bed 160*200 cm and closet. Bed made up on arrival.
- Mezzanine: Double bed 140*190 cm (bed made on request at no extra charge, for three travelers or more, or for two travelers not wishing to share the lower bed), games/reading area.
- Bathroom: Vanity unit, 120*100 cm shower cubicle with rain shower column + WC. Towels provided, as well as hand washing cream, shampoo-shower gel and hairdryer.

HOUSEKEEPING
The accommodation is checked and prepared by me between each stay. I ask travelers to keep the accommodation clean: squeegee in the shower, sponge blows, kitchen and dishes cleaned. A dustpan and vacuum cleaner are available if needed.
The cleaning fee covers bed linen and towels, as well as thorough cleaning of bathrooms and floors.

HOURS
The rental hours indicated in the ad have been set to suit my professional schedule. They allow me to have the time necessary to offer you the best possible welcome: quality cleaning and management of unforeseen events.
This time slot can be extended on request and with my agreement (if my schedule can be modified) for a supplement of 5€ per hour started.

MEZZANINE ACCESS
Please note: no barrier at the top of the ladder.
Your children are under your supervision throughout the stay.
