Lits de Loire welcomes you for a stay with family or friends in an independent gîte located between Angers and Saumur (St Mathurin). The gîte can accommodate 8 people.

The house is close to the Loire (900 m) and shops (3 km). It is on the owners' property, but has completely independent access.

Bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR
- Large living room with 3 sofas, TV and table soccer, reversible air-conditioning.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: conventional oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, traditional and Senseo coffee makers, kettle, toaster. A large dining table seats 8. A TV is also available in the kitchen.
- Large bedroom with 160cm bed, large closet and reversible air-conditioning.
- Bathroom with integrated WC, shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and washbasin. This room opens onto the courtyard.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR
-One bedroom with two 90cm beds and storage space under the beds.
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a closet with shelves.
- Another bedroom with a 160cm bed and a closet with shelves.
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- A reading corner

OUTSIDE
An enclosed courtyard (approx. 100 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs.
Parking adjacent to the house.

The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
