Lueurs, a name like a warm breath.
A word at the end of which dances a light, small, warm, soft... but where does it come from?
Could it be the taste of the sauce, the aroma of the wine, the laughter at the back of the room, or perhaps the crackle of the fire that lights up the room?
Like an experiment, Lueurs welcomes you into its world, where happy, poetic cuisine blends with the warm, cosy atmosphere of a house steeped in history, so that once you're home, taste becomes memory.
For us, cooking is a joy, an exercise in reflection and passion, where seriousness and creativity merge.
We pursue taste, balance, but above all, emotion...
In all its forms: from round, warm childhood memories to crunchy discoveries, unctuous pleasures and spicy novelties.
Terroir and seasonality are a matter of course at Lueurs.
Cooking is all about sublimating the seasons.
In the kitchen garden, cosmos and verbena, tagetes and shiso grow, their roots sunk in the Loire sand.
Other plants flourish on the banks of the Loire, in the forest, before our very eyes...
Brought to you by wild gatherers, we like to reveal them on your plates.
