Charming gîte for 4 people, just outside Angers, in the peaceful commune of Cantenay-Épinard, on the banks of the Mayenne. A haven of tranquility nestled in the heart of a magnificent 9-hectare wooded estate with secure pond. The Pavillon is part of a reception estate with its 18th-century Orangerie and a second, independent gîte with the same capacity. Both located in the heart of the same wooded estate, these accommodations are ideal for hosting two families, a group of friends or private events in an intimate, leafy setting.

This pretty stone house combines authenticity and comfort. You'll enjoy a large, bright 30 m² living room with high ceilings, exposed stone walls, wood-burning stove, corner sofa, dining area and TV. The independent kitchen is fully equipped.

Ground-level living is facilitated by a first bedroom (2 adjustable 80x200 beds), bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, under a traditional roof frame, a second bedroom accommodates two 90x200 beds (which can be twinned if required).

Outside, the gîte boasts a pleasant 50 m² private garden, planted with trees and equipped with chairs, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Free access to the estate's grounds for walks and moments of relaxation in the heart of nature.

City stadium and skate park 300 m away. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby cycle paths (Vallée du Loir à Vélo and Vélofrancette). Just a few minutes away: Ile Saint-Aubin, Château d'Angers, Terra Botanica and charming Loire villages. Le Chat qui Pêche guinguette is 700 m away.
