Just outside Angers, in Cantenay-Épinard, this 4-person self-catering cottage welcomes you to a verdant setting in the heart of the protected Basses Vallées Angevines nature reserve. Ideal for lovers of peace, nature and gardens, it offers a peaceful and rejuvenating environment.

Completely renovated in early 2024, this bungalow combines modern comfort with old-world charm. You'll appreciate its bright living room with stone walls, wood-burning stove, dining area and independent, fully-equipped kitchen. Three steps lead to the first floor bedroom, and one to the bathroom.

The gîte is set in a 9-hectare XVIIIᵉ century estate, bordered by the Mayenne River, with a large wooded park and numerous walking trails. A second gîte (4 people) is also available on site, ideal for welcoming families or friends wishing to share a stay while preserving their independence.

Nearby: Angers castle, Terra Botanica park, Aquavita aquatic center, Avrillé golf course, wineries and vineyards, the banks of the Loire, Doué-la-Fontaine zoo, Puy du Fou (1h15), as well as numerous hiking and cycling trails.
