The first thing that strikes you about this restaurant is its exceptional setting. Nestled in the heart of Angers' Hôtel d'Anjou, on boulevard Foch, the restaurant boasts a sublime decor, with its walls covered in the blue and gold works of the famous Italian-Renish mosaicist Isidore Odorico, who played a key role in the hotel's art deco transformation in the 1920s. In the kitchen, chef Kevin Bougard is at work. Inspired by the artist, he offers a cuisine combining his two cultures, combining scallops and polenta or agnolotti and celery. In the evening, a blind tasting menu awaits curious foodies. And they won't regret it! A little extra: the restaurant is very committed to sustainable development, and has been awarded the 3 macaroons of the Ecotable label, which rewards restaurants that are committed to reducing their environmental impact and supporting the ecological transition.
