The current church was built from the 20th century on the foundations of the Romanesque church. It was placed under the patronage of St Pierre and a statue of St Aignan was installed, recalling that an earlier church had existed under this name. In the 13th century it was rebuilt while retaining the bell tower and in the 16th century the chapel of the Virgin was added. The architect François Villers designed a new nave which was blessed in 1840. Explanatory leaflet in the church.
