The Salon de la Boucherie Charcuterie Traiteur will be held at the Parc des Expositions in Angers from Sunday 11th to Monday 12th October. Now in its 6th year, the Salon des Bouchers Charcutiers Traiteur remains a friendly, human-scale event, a place for exchanges, sharing and business for the entire profession. With almost 100 exhibitors and 2,000 trade visitors expected, the Boucherie Charcuterie Traiteur is the only show in France to offer a complete, high-performance range of products, equipment and services for its sector. A show entirely dedicated to its sector, where the promotion of trades and know-how are fully in evidence. The show takes place in October, an ideal time to showcase end-of-year products. A presentation of local breeds is planned, as well as demonstrations and competitions.
