The Brasserie du Ralliement, an iconic spot where the art of French gastronomy is at its finest. The Brasserie's à la carte menu features local produce, from snails to Maine poultry and Jargeau andouillette, all from our region. Our Chief Sommelier has also given the Brasserie pride of place with a wine list featuring some very fine wines from the Loire and elsewhere.
