Defining himself as an artist exploring the creative impact of illumination and movement, Flop continues to push the boundaries of poetic expression.
On a mobile support, two light sources intermittently move back and forth, revealing on a surface poetic images of objects and clothing that appear to have escaped from a suitcase. Shadows, reflections, hues and transparencies combine to create a vast scene in perpetual motion, evoking a journey. Depending on the speed of the flash, we move from a state of ecstasy and abstraction to the contemplation of a fleeting landscape passing before our eyes.
