These gardens, laden with history, were the city's first botanical gardens. Today, the park's 4 hectares are laid out in an English style garden dating from 1904-1905. Its footpaths, waterfalls and statues give it a serene and romantic atmosphere, a perfect antidote to the bustle of the city.
