If you need a reason to go in La Réserve, just think about the view you would have from the terrace on Le Quai theatre's roof... Drink a Spritz or the cocktail of the day watching the sunset over the Maine river, the château and the cathedral, is one of the pleasures from Angers. If you need something to eat with your drinks, have a look at the tapas list and the season meals. Mozzarella burrata with truffle oil and pesto rosso and bresaola, semi-cooked duck with sesame and its honey-beetroot reduction and crunchy vegetables, scallops and razor shells “à la plancha” with spelt risotto and saffron-flavoured vinaigrette... Everything you need if you are a creative cooking lover. Hours: Closed the 24th and 25th of December and the 1st of January. Bar continuously opened throughout the day.
