The restaurant of the eponymous hotel is one of the best-known restaurants in Les Ponts-de-Cé, and far beyond the strict boundaries of the town bordering Angers. In addition to its superb terrace overlooking the River Louet, it's a charming place with a warm, elegant decor, enhanced by large glass windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. Chef Régis Legain's upscale cuisine blends tradition and innovation, giving pride of place to noble products and revisiting the classics. Lunchtime starters include foie gras gnocchi with Albufera sauce and smoked eel, while the Louet menu includes a filet of red mullet with artichoke heart and rillaud emulsion, and an original lemon pineapple and coriander tartlet with homemade sorbet. In fine weather, the restaurant opens La Cabane, a guinguette-style extension of the main restaurant, right on the water's edge.
