This fine restaurant, where the love of good produce is evident in every dish, has been making a name for itself on the bistronomic scene in Angers, and in the pages of Gault & Millau, since it opened in 2020. Chef Clément Veillon, who worked for fifteen years as second-in-command to starred Angevin chef Gérard Bossé at the restaurant Une Ile, is blazing a trail paved with quality products, worked with great talent, for unbeatable value for money. The cuisine here is inspired by that of our grandmothers, just as the restaurant's name evokes a gourmet salad served by our grandmothers as an accompaniment to a dish in sauce. It's warm, tasty and a taste of home! To add insult to injury, the restaurant is committed to an eco-friendly approach, with the Ecotable label and the motto: Eat well, drink healthy!
