This wonderful restaurant, where a passion for quality ingredients shines through in every dish, has earned an excellent reputation on the Angers bistronomic scene and in the pages of Gault & Millau and the Michelin Guide. Chef Clément Veillon charts a course well worth following, featuring organic and local ingredients prepared with great skill, offering unbeatable value for money. The beautifully crafted cuisine is inspired by our grandmothers’ cooking. It’s warm, flavorful, and leaves you wanting more!
