From June 20 to 28, 2026, the Musique dans les Vignes festival returns for its 10th edition to the heart of the Savennières vineyards, just outside Angers (49).
Created by the Société des Concerts Populaires d'Angers, this now unmissable event has been offering a unique musical journey for a decade, combining classical music, heritage and wine, in one of the most beautiful villages in the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beethoven, Schubert, Ravel... the classics of chamber music are brought to life over 9 days by world-renowned artists.
For several days, the event offers a rich program: open-air performances, confidential meetings in small groups, moments of sharing with passionate producers, tastings of exceptional vintages and dinners in a magical atmosphere.
Musique dans les Vignes is more than a week of festivities: major concerts, secret and intimate concerts in unusual locations, tastings with winegrowers, candlelit dinners in the vineyards... all punctuate the week.
Many free events are also on offer: a sunrise recital, a sunset recital, student concerts and masterclasses.
In 2026, other winegrowers from the Savennières Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) join the original partners, opening the doors of unusual sites steeped in history. Renowned estates such as Château de Chamboureau, Aiglerie, Château d'Epiré, Manoir des Lauriers and Coulée de Serrant are all taking part in the event.
Since 2019, "Musique dans les Vignes" has included training for the musicians of tomorrow. Each year, some twenty students from leading conservatories in Europe and beyond are invited to come and perfect their skills with the teaching artists during public masterclasses. Audiences can also discover these talented young artists in previews of major concerts. The desire to transmit and open up is at the very heart of this 10ᵉ edition.
