Ciboule et ciboulette is one of the prettiest bistronomic restaurants around Angers, and has taken up residence in Avrillé, on the long avenue Pierre Mendès France. In the restaurant's contemporary, sober decor, it's the plates that catch the eye, with their promisingly colorful layout! And the taste buds confirm what the visuals suggest: the chef's work brings out the full flavors of the finest local produce. He skilfully combines gastronomy and tradition to produce elegant, refined French cuisine. We love the cauliflower and coconut milk velouté, the sea bass fillet and pepper-coriander emulsion, cooked to perfection, and the rum, mascarpone and Cointreau baba. Everything is fine and well-balanced, a treat for fine gourmets. And the bill, not too steep considering the quality, makes you want to come back again soon!
