Located near the Loire à Vélo bike route, Resto du Jardin is part of a multifunctional space that combines an organic vegetable garden, an organic shop, and a restaurant. The restaurant cooks with vegetables from the garden, and the very small amount of waste produced is returned to the soil as compost. Certified 95% organic—the highest level of commitment—the restaurant offers a plant-based menu that’s inventive and updated weekly with vegetables from the garden. It doesn’t get any more local than this!
