This brasserie has seen a lot of customers and owners within its walls. Men & Women united by a passion for good times and gastronomy at the zinc bar. Today, Les Variétés is managed by Mr. and Mrs. Mage who took over this favourite spot for locals in 2022 with pride and kindness.
