Located at 33 Boulevard du Maréchal Foch, in the heart of Angers, Les Variétés is a brasserie that has been in business since 1902. Four generations of passersby, families, and regulars have come and gone, yet the establishment has remained true to its mission: to welcome guests and serve them well.
The cuisine is French and of high quality, served for lunch and dinner. Appetizers, meat dishes, fish, house-made burgers, desserts prepared on-site, and a lunch special. The wine list features an array of wines from the Anjou and Loire regions.
Hosting groups is our specialty. With 85 seats in the dining room, we can accommodate a table of fifteen—whether for a seminar or a family meal—without compromising service or relegating anyone to the back of the room. Families will find a menu with something for everyone, and visitors passing through will find an easy-to-find downtown spot that opens early and doesn’t require reservations.
The terrace seats forty-three and is shaded by a large awning; it remains usable even when the weather turns bad—which isn’t all that common in Angers.
The menu can be viewed online in ten languages via your phone. Reservations can be made directly with the restaurant. Free Wi-Fi.
