The Aubinière vacation rental is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside just outside Angers (12 min). The village, which has a bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy, is located 1.3 km away, on the edge of the Bois du Fouilloux (90 ha). Just 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, in the heart of the Anjou bocage, set out to discover the treasures of Anjou. The cottage features a separate entrance and a private garden furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days. It is fully equipped to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The entire property is on one level, with the exception of an attic bedroom, which is especially popular with children—though adults sleep very well there too :-) The master bedroom, which opens onto the garden, features a sink area for added convenience. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and equipped with a sink. The attic bedroom has two single beds (80x200) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (160x200). The cozy and functional living room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa that provides a comfortable double bed. This sleeping area can be separated from the kitchen/dining room by a thick blackout curtain, ensuring privacy and tranquility. You’ll also find a smart TV with international channels, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a workspace. A wood-burning stove will add to the charm of your winter evenings. Children are welcome: games, books, and outdoor play equipment (swings, soccer goal, zip line, etc.) are available for them to use under parental supervision. You can also enjoy our 2-hectare wooded park, which features a beautiful pond, as well as a large vegetable garden and an orchard. There, you can meet our animals: Ouessant sheep, chickens, and ducks. Hiking trails are accessible on foot or by bike directly from the property.
