Put down your suitcases in this spacious, cosy gîte in Soucelles, just 20 minutes from Angers, the gentle, cultural capital of Anjou! In less than 30 minutes, you can be on the banks of the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Perfect for romantic sunsets or bike rides on the Loire à Vélo. And for the curious or the adventurous, Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir and La Flèche Zoo are around 40 minutes away. Just 2 km from the gîte, you'll find a cool vacation atmosphere: beach on the banks of the Loir, picnic area, children's play area, summer guinguette, and supervised swimming in July and August. This 100 m² single-storey gîte features a bright 55 m² living room, perfect for large gatherings or cosy evenings around the wood-burning stove (wood optional, but warmth guaranteed). The open kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee maker). On the night side, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await you: - "Bruyères" and "Pins" with double bed 140x190 cm, - Albizia" with two single beds 80x200 cm, convertible to king size 160x200 cm for those who prefer greater comfort. Bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, laundry area with washing machine, wifi, baby equipment (cot + high chair)... In short, a place designed to ensure that your vacation rhymes with tranquility. Under the large oak trees in the wooded park, relax on the deckchairs, or take advantage of the fully-equipped terrace: lounge, barbecue, aperitifs and grilled meats guaranteed. And for those who can't stand still: table tennis, pétanque (shaded area + games provided), Nordic bowling, shuffleboard... there's something for everyone! Hikers and nature lovers will be delighted: several trails leave from the gîte towards the Basses Vallées Angevines, a protected area rich in biodiversity. Beds made on arrival, linen provided, utilities included. Only wood for the fireplace will be charged. On-site parking. Electric vehicle recharging point: recharging charged according to consumption.
