"Phinepierre" is a furnished tourist apartment in Angers. It is part of a longère de ville and adjoins the owners' home. With its 92m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. Everything has been done for the pleasure and comfort of visitors, whether you're on holiday or on business. The accommodation is on 2 levels and has a small private garden with terraces. Ideally located in the south-east of Angers, in a cul-de-sac with the charms of Anjou and its typical rustic slate walls, you'll find peace and tranquility. Within 5 minutes, you can reach major roads such as : - The A11 towards Nantes or Paris. - The A87 towards Cholet or Poitier. - And the bypass around Angers. The city center is easily accessible by car, bus, foot or bike. The property is on the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route. Several free public parking lots are available 50m away. The SNCF train station is a 10-minute drive away. All amenities are nearby. We'll be there to welcome you and help you with your departure. Additional information Due to its configuration, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No smoking.
