Chic and elegant. Here are the two adjectives that come to your mind when you arrive in the Auberge de Chanteclair. Tables are laid with taste, the service is attentive and the culinary experience is unforgettable. Whether you are in the terrace or conservatory, you can choose a table with a view on the Maine river to eat a delicious fish with beurre blanc or one of the very good desserts from chef Alex Chouteau. You will like as a starter the artichoke heart with confit shallots and its soft-boiled egg, with its asparagus emulsion, then the roasted fillet of gilthead bream, with a Berry green lentil mousseline, small vegetables and green lemon tarragon emulsion. You can finish your meal with one of the signature desserts of the chef, the Caramelia Breizh: a candied apple soft biscuit, with creamy Dulce caramel, light mascarpone mousse and green apple sorbet.
