Le Chou is the story of Céline & Estelle, two born pastry chefs, whose priority is always the pleasure of the taste buds! Why is it called Le Chou? A "chou à la crème" or profiterole is an iconic cake that always unleashes the same, big emotion: PLEASURE for the taste buds. It is timeless, you can adapt it in thousands of ways and savour it from generation to generation. Here each chou bun is unique and made in a traditional way, with home-made ingredients.
