Where does the Little Train depart from? How do I buy my ticket?

The Little Train departs from Place du Président Kennedy, between the Tourist Office and the Maison des Vins d’Anjou et de Saumur. Tickets can be purchased : – at the Tourist Office (all payment methods accepted) – from the driver (bank cheques, holiday vouchers and cash). All year round, Destination Angers offers guided tours of Angers’ heritage. Tours of the Cité district, the city centre, the Doutre district, gourmet tours, cycling tours and more. Do I need to book for the Château d'Angers and the Apocalypse Tapestry?

No. However, it’s best to book your ticket in advance via our online ticketing service to avoid the crowds when you arrive. If you would like to take a guided tour of the Apocalypse Tapestry , we strongly advise booking in advance with the castle , as the number of places is limited. The museums of Angers are open from 10:00 to 18:00, Tuesday to Sunday. The Pincé Museum is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00 during term-time and Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00 during local school holidays.
