Spotlight on the talents of Mûrs-Érigné. Visit the annual exhibition and discover works created using a variety of techniques by the town’s amateur artists. Proof that Mûrs-Érigné is no stranger to skill in the visual arts and arts and crafts! Two artists will be the guests of honor at this year’s event and will be highlighted by the organizing committee: Sophie Devilliers: a self-taught painter who creates a sensitive and colorful figurative world, where characters and landscapes come to life in a Japanese-inspired style. Having exhibited at numerous art fairs in Brittany, the Vendée, and Anjou, she has been sharing her work—which blends precision, harmony, and emotion—for nearly twenty years. Boka-L: Laure Coignard, a visual artist, creates delicate miniature landscapes under glass domes, where poetry, imagination, and nature converge in scenes steeped in reverie. Through work that blends a variety of materials, she invites viewers to escape into sensitive worlds suspended outside of time. Opening Reception: Discover the exhibition during a festive surprise musical evening on Friday, November 20, at 8 p.m. The “Chez P’tit Roux” food truck will be there with Damien, who will treat us to his savory or sweet fouées.
