For the occasion, chef Maxime Elan has created an ephemeral menu, featuring local produce, emblematic specialties and must-have ingredients, while offering guests a few surprises with recipes revisited over the course of a week. Held at Carmine's in a bright, friendly setting just a stone's throw from the town center, La Tablée Angevine is the perfect opportunity to get together, laugh and enjoy. A 100% Angevine reminder. This event is part of a responsible approach: home cooking, short circuits and partnerships with local producers. A concrete way of anchoring gastronomy in the Angevine identity, while offering visitors a simple and convivial moment. This ephemeral menu is available for dinner only, for one week from October 7 to 11, starting at 7:30pm, as well as for lunch service on Saturday 11, accompanied by a food and wine pairing specially designed by sommelier Thomas, at a price of €30.
