Description
Nestled in the Doutre district, Ronceray Abbey is a major masterpiece of early Romanesque art. As early as the 11th century, the abbesses owned vineyard plots in the AOC Quarts-de-Chaume Grand Cru and Coteaux-du-Layon 1er Cru Chaume appellations. Even today, these plots continue to produce great sweet and dry wines made from the Chenin grape variety. So let’s bring together these beautiful Angevin traditions and taste some Ronceray!
