Description
In the Basses Vallées Angevines, art can be experienced in the open air, as you follow a singular path between heritage, nature and creation.
Works can be viewed every day, with no time restrictions, except for the exhibition at the Engrenage-Moulin de Villevêque (Wednesday to Sunday 2.30-6.30pm in July/August and Saturday and Sunday 2.30-6.30pm in September).
New for 2026: NOV'Art welcomes Gwenaëlle Hugot in residence. Immersed in the territory, she creates a monumental woven cartography from colored threads. Layered on top of each other, these strata play with transparency and light to reveal the landscapes of the Loir in a whole new way.
The artist does not create alone. Through workshops, local residents are invited to share their memories, emotions and perspectives on the cycles of the Loir. Little by little, these stories are interwoven into the work... until they reveal the living memory of the territory.
Guided tours and workshops take place throughout the summer.
Exhibition booklet available at the Tourist Information Office, at l'engrenage-Moulin de Villevêque or on the website.
