Located right in the heart of downtown, Clément Paillard’s restaurant is the perfect spot for a gourmet meal just steps away from the cathedral and the medieval quarter. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the Angers-based chef and his team have created a space where culinary expertise and authenticity come together. This passionate chef is constantly reinventing himself, exploring new techniques to enhance his dishes with homemade oils, dehydrated vegetables, and other original creations. On the plate, you’ll find cuisine that is “simple but not simplistic,” in his own words, with “flavor, depth, and meaning.” The delicate preparation of the vegetables, the excellent produce from local farmers, and the culinary surprises come together to offer a wonderful dining experience. We bet you’ll want to come back!
