Housed in a former XIXᵉ century coaching inn, Le Relais has been part of the Anjou landscape for over 150 years. Its period murals, witnesses to the charm of yesteryear, remind us that the house has always been a place for passing through, sharing and good food.
Since February 2025, Stella has taken over the reins of the restaurant, with the aim of preserving its soul while breathing fresh life into it. In the kitchen, Chef Martin FAVRY, renowned for his talent and creativity, revisits tradition with precision and gourmet flair.
Our philosophy is to work with as many fresh, French and local products as possible, from small producers whom we know and respect. We give priority to organic or untreated produce, to ensure that our cuisine is sincere, seasonal and full of flavor.
At lunchtime, we offer generous, spontaneous bistronomy from the market.
Every Wednesday evening, our jazz evenings enliven the Relais: a moment suspended around a special "jazz & wine" menu, where music dialogues with flavors.
We're open for lunch Monday to Friday, and for dinner Wednesday to Friday.
On request, special openings and privatizations are available for group meals, events or customized evenings. We'll be happy to discuss your special event with you.
