To celebrate the second edition of Vignobles en Scène, the SENS restaurant invites you to enjoy a gastronomic experience inspired by the wine-growing regions of Anjou. You’ll be invited to discover a food-and-wine pairing featuring exclusively wines from Anjou winemakers, carefully selected to complement seasonal, local, and socially conscious cuisine. As with the cuisine, the aim is to highlight those who tend the vineyards with passion, patience, and respect for life. Each wine offered will be an expression of a terroir, expertise, and a unique story. To enhance your experience, you’ll be guided through four pairings that harmonize with the main courses of the tasting menus, served in tasting portions. An invitation to explore Anjou in a new light, through encounters between cuisine and wine, between producers and guests, and between sensibility and terroir. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous to your health; please drink responsibly. Practical information: This meal is available only with the Nostimia menu or the Ennia menu. Reservations are required.
